The vibrant Richmond Street Apartment project in Leederville was delivered in conjunction with Cedar Property Group, Head Contractor Indian Ocean Building Company and Lead Building Designer Jon Rose Design. The building is home to 16 apartments located centrally in the inner Perth suburb of Leederville. Engenuity’s design team were engaged to provide the full Structural and Civil Consultancy services for this prestigious project.
