Engenuity completed the civil and structural design for the Parkerville wellness centre. The civil design works included new access roads and pathways, a carpark, emergency vehicle access roads, a new vehicle access bridge, pedestrian bridge, retaining walls, and the preparation of a number of building pads for new buildings.
