This remarkable three storey home was built on a desirable block which not only had extensive ocean views but also backed on to a nature reserve, resulting in one of the most inspiring views in Dunsborough. Composite construction was used to build this home with the first two floors being rendered masonry and the third floor timber framed and clad with Masterwall, a polystyrene energy efficient wall cladding system which was a great lightweight option for the third storey.
